Children's Worship Coordinator
  • 1. Member of Children's Ministry Team
  • 2. To evaluate materials and curriculum with the Director of Children's Ministries
  • 3. To plan/schedule lessons, special speakers, special programs
  • 4. To schedule class leaders and assistants in classes weekly
  • 5. To secure or coordinate the securing of necessary supplies and resources
  • 6. To create necessary brochures/fliers for parents

College Connection
  • Adopt a student program that connects college or graduate students with a faith friend from the congregation.  This may include sending core packages, emails, cards, etc. 
  • Assist with "welcome home" activities for college students home over holidays and breaks. Reach out to and help reintegrate college singles into the church. Maintain mailing and communication list.

Consignment Sale Coordinator
  • 1. To serve as a member of Youth Leadership Team
  • 2. To organize and chair consignment committee meetings.
  • 3. To delegate to committee members - ensuring all necessary activities are taken care of.
  • 4. To oversee recruitment of volunteers.
  • 5. To be available for direction and support to volunteers during set-up, sale and breakdown.

Consignment Sale Finance Coordinator
  • 1. To serve as a member of Youth Leadership Team.
  • 2. To assist with organizing and chairing consignment committee meetings.
  • 3. To oversee all intake and distribution of funds: from consignors, from sale, to advertisement agencies, to consignors, etc
  • 4. To be available for direction and support to cashiers and customers during sale.
  • 5. To provide constructive evaluation during and following the sale.
